Job Applicant SMS Consent.

Program Description

Green Garden Group, including its operating companies Wingren Landscape, Bertog Landscape, Green Grass Landscape, and Grant & Power Landscape (collectively, “GGG”), operates an SMS notification program for job applicants. The program is used to communicate with candidates during the hiring process — for example, to schedule interviews, share updates on your application, request documents, and confirm start dates.

Consent

By providing my mobile phone number on the Green Garden Group job application and checking the SMS consent box, I expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS) from Green Garden Group related to my application and the hiring process. I understand that consent is not a condition of employment or of considering my application, and that I may opt out at any time.

What You Will Receive

  • Interview scheduling — Messages to set up, confirm, or reschedule interviews at one of our branches.
  • Application status — Updates about the status of your application (moving forward, additional steps required, decision).
  • Document requests — Reminders to complete or return items such as I-9 documentation, tax forms, or background check consents.
  • Offer and onboarding — If you receive an offer, messages to coordinate your start date, first-day logistics, and pre-employment steps.
  • No marketing — No marketing, promotional, sales, political, or third-party content of any kind.

Frequency, Rates, and Privacy

  • Frequency — Message frequency is variable and depends on where you are in the hiring process. Most candidates receive between 1 and 10 messages total. Messaging typically ends when a hiring decision is made and, if you are hired, is superseded by the separate Employee SMS Notification Consent.
  • Carrier charges — Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Green Garden Group does not charge for the messages themselves.
  • Privacy — Your mobile number is used solely to communicate with you about your application and the hiring process. It is not sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Reply STOP to opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After replying STOP, you will not receive any further SMS from us unless you re-enroll.

Reply HELP for help. Reply HELP at any time to receive contact information for support, or email hr@greengardengrp.com.

Opting out and your application. Opting out of SMS does not affect your application. If you opt out, our recruiting team will continue to contact you by phone or email using the contact information you provided.

Not a condition of employment. Consent to SMS is not required to apply for, or be considered for, any position at Green Garden Group.
