Program Description

Green Garden Group, including its operating companies Wingren Landscape, Bertog Landscape, Green Grass Landscape, and Grant & Power Landscape (collectively, “GGG”), operates an internal SMS notification program to deliver required compliance training to field employees. Trainings include (but are not limited to) Illinois Sexual Harassment Prevention, OSHA safety topics, equipment operation, and chemical handling.

What You Will Receive

  • Training links — Text messages from a Green Garden Group toll-free number containing direct links to assigned training videos.
  • Reminders — Brief reminder messages if a training assignment has not been completed by its due date.
  • Welcome message — A welcome message confirming enrollment when this form is processed.
  • No marketing — No marketing, promotional, sales, or political content of any kind.

Frequency, Rates, and Privacy

  • Frequency — Message frequency varies by training schedule and your branch's compliance calendar. Most employees receive 1–4 messages per month.
  • Carrier charges — Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Green Garden Group does not charge for the messages themselves.
  • Privacy — Your mobile number is used solely to deliver these training notifications and is not sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Reply STOP to opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After replying STOP, you will not receive any further training SMS unless you re-enroll.

Reply HELP for help. Reply HELP at any time to receive contact information for support, or email hr@greengardengrp.com.

Opting out and your job. Opting out of SMS does not terminate your employment. However, required training will still need to be completed; your supervisor will coordinate an alternate delivery method (in-person session, email link, or printed materials).
